“As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were admittedly completely ignorant of the entire process of buying a home.  Jerry was recommended to us by a friend, so I decided to give him a call.

During that first call, I was upfront and told him we had no idea what we were doing and he ended up giving me a thorough explanation of what to expect, approximate timelines, and began to get an overall picture of what my wife and I wanted in a house.

“It was during the real estate bubble burst that we found ourselves needing to sell our home in Michigan in order to purchase our retirement home in Florida.  Is was only through the exhausted efforts of Gerald Wingerter of Partners Realty that we were able to sell our Brighton home and receive a fair purchase price in a bad economy.

I was 100% satisfied with my experience working with Alex and Jerry at Partners Real Estate.  I was in the difficult situation of having to sell our childhood home after my mom passed away, and while I was living in another state.  Alex and Jerry made the process as simple and stress-free as possible.  They made excellent recommendations of what needed to be updated so our home would sell quickly and at top dollar.  They had all of the paperwork ready for me when I listed it, which meant I only had to make one trip into town.  When the house was ready and placed on the market, we received 3 offers in the first day, which put me in a fantastic position being able to simply choose the best offer.  Everything was completed quickly and efficiently, and I didn’t even need to come into town for the closing.  Working with Alex and Jerry was a great experience and I was extremely happy with the process and the results!

Jerry Wingerter of Partners Real Estate Professionals came recommended to me by a friend whose son used Partners to find him a home.  When I started looking for a new home to live in, Jerry was the only realtor I called and it was the best call I made. Jerry immediately set up an appointment to get to know me, find out what I was looking for, about how much I wanted to spend, and more importantly allow me to get to know him which built a trust between us and reassured me that he wasn’t going to waste my time looking at homes I wouldn’t be interested in.

After the initial meeting, Jerry went to work fast and started sending me prospects.  It wasn’t long before we found a place the was absolutely perfect for me.  Jerry made the arrangements to show me the place, talk to the owner, and helped keep me calm when it looked like it wasn’t going to work out.  He even made arrangements with a mortgage company which made the entire purchase go smoothly and quickly with as little inconvenience to me as possible, something I really appreciated given my schedule.  In the process, Jerry has become a friend.  We still talk on the phone today and he still occasionally sends me listings that he knows I would find interesting even though he knows I’m not in the market to buy another home.

On the selling side, Jerry has helped me without hesitation on a couple of false starts attempting to sell a home in Fenton that was part of a divorce.  He went and took pictures of the exterior of the home in order to determine if it was salable and when it was obvious that it wasn’t, discussed what I would need to do to it in order to even get it on the market.  When I was given the opportunity to evaluate the interior of the home, Jerry worked with me to tour the home with under the supervision of the court and provided me with valuable, honest feedback on what would need to be done to bring the property to the market place.

While that project is still on-going, Jerry and Partners will be the realtor I list the home with when it’s ready to sell.
